DreambigCareer平臺的用戶在購買了DreambigCareer上的講座、單項課程、組合課程之后，出現(xiàn)不可抗力因素，導(dǎo)致：

1. 購買組合課程學(xué)員在合同截止日期前無法繼續(xù)上課，DreambigCareer會退還給學(xué)員未上課程的金額。

2. 購買單項課程/未簽訂合同的學(xué)員，在三個月內(nèi)無法繼續(xù)上課，DreambigCareer會退還給學(xué)員未上課程的金額。

其他情況，課程一經(jīng)售出，不可退款。

*不可抗力因素：不能預(yù)見、不能避免并不能克服的客觀情況。包括自然災(zāi)害、如臺風(fēng)、地震、洪水、冰雹;政府行為，如征收、征用;社會異常事件，如罷工、騷亂三方面。

As a user of DreambigCareer platform, you could get the refund of the purchased online webinar, single course or combinative courses if you met one of the following the situations caused by force majeure:

1.If you have purchased the combinative courses and couldn’t be able to continue your courses before the expiration date, DreambigCareer will give you the refund of the courses that haven’t start.

2.If you have purchased the single course/didn’t sign a contract with DreambigCareer and you couldn’t be able to continue the course in three months, DreambigCareer will give you the refund of the courses that haven’t start.

Under other situations, the courses you have purchased are non-refundable.

*Force Majeure as referred above means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions which cover natural disasters like typhoon, earthquake, flood, and hail; acts of government like expropriation; social unusual events like strike and civil disorder.
